All applications and documents are managed through our secure online portal, Classter. Upload each file on your own schedule, track your progress, and connect with our admissions team — no paperwork hassles.

Upcoming Start Dates

Early applications get priority — our program is competitive entry and seats fill on a first-complete basis. You can submit documents in any order; you don't need everything at once.

Required to Qualify for Interview

Submit the following to be eligible for your admissions interview. These can be uploaded in any order.

• Application Fee — $150 standard  |  $350 with Advanced Placement credentialing
• Application Essay
• Employment Resume
• Student Budget Worksheet Download Worksheet
• Self-Health Assessment
• Copies of High School Transcript & any diplomas or certificates
• Criminal Record Check Must include "Working with Children and Vulnerable Adults"

Before Classes Start Post-Interview

Required for final acceptance — complete after your interview:

• Two Reference Letters
• Health Assessment Form — signed by both applicant and physician
• Introduction to Massage Workshop — registered for or completed Offered January, April, June, August, October. Register via the Application Portal.
• Official High School Transcripts — sent directly to OV College by your institution
• CPR Level C / AED — required before end of Term 1 Valid providers: Canadian Red Cross, Canadian Ski Patrol, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Lifesaving Society, or St. John Ambulance.

Important Notes

• Meeting minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission. Preference is given to applicants with recent Anatomy & Physiology coursework.
• TB Test is currently waived for 2025 admission.
• Acceptance into the program does not secure a seat — only an early, complete application does.
