OVCMT students are full-time students in an intensive 2-year program. Most are living on student loan funding and have a student-sized housing budget.
What they bring in return? Quiet, respectful, education-focused tenants who are spending most of their time studying, in class or at clinic.
If you're looking for a student tenant, please keep student budgets in mind when setting your rent. Full-market rentals may not be the right fit for this audience.

OV students are in an intensive, full-time program for two years — making them focused, respectful, and reliable tenants.
Listings are removed when we hear you've found a tenant, after 6 months, or after each intake — whichever comes first.
